Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists treat a range of physical problems resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing. They devise and review treatment programs, comprising manual therapy, movement, exercise and the application of modalities, e.g. ultrasound. They treat people of all ages and assist the rehabilitation process by developing and restoring body systems, in particular the neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, enabling patients to improve their movement and function. They also offer people advice on how to avoid injury and how to promote their own future health and well-being.
Here, within the Chiropractic Clinics, physiotherapy is available for chiropractic and non-chiropractic patients. Our Physiotherapists are all fully qualified and registered with the Health Professions Council and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
